What is the difference — and why you can buy with confidence either way
The Miss Kitty store has two kinds of cats: cats we bred ourselves, and cats from approved breeders we selected. The only difference is where the cat was raised — your purchase and your guarantee are with Miss Kitty either way.
Miss Kitty bred
From the Miss Kitty cattery
Cats born and raised with us from day one: we know her father and mother, and we follow her nursing, weaning and vaccinations ourselves until she reaches you.
Certified breeder
From partner breeders — on our terms
Breeders we chose who signed a formal agreement with us. Their cat is only listed if she meets every condition below — any cat that does not, we turn down.
Conditions an approved breeder's cat must meet before we list her
A signed agreement with Miss Kitty before the breeder lists any cat.
Reviewed by the Miss Kitty team: breed, colour, sex, date of birth, neutering and registration — accurate details, with real photos and a real video of the cat herself.
A clinical check by a licensed vet within 3 days before handover, filmed on video, with a stamped report.
A stamped vaccination record for every vaccine.
No handover before two and a half months old — she finishes nursing and weaning first.
If registered: the pedigree certificate is transferred to your name after the sale.
If the check finds something minor it is treated before handover and checked again — and if it is serious or not resolved, the order is cancelled and you get your money back in full.
The same for you either way
You buy from Miss Kitty directly — payment, invoice and contact are all with us, and the breeder does not contact you.
