Any breeder inside Saudi Arabia aged 18 or over who raises cats at home and sells them for their own account — and the cats are your own. Before your first cat, you register in your account the location of the home where the cats are, an IBAN in your name and your bank.
Within 5 working days of the customer’s 24-hour guarantee ending or of the payment company’s transfer reaching us, whichever is later, and within 30 days of handover at most, even if the payment company is late, unless there is an open claim, refund or disputed amount. It goes to an IBAN in your own name.
We agree your amount with you in writing, and we set the selling price in the store. Your amount reaches you in full whatever the selling price.
As a rule, no — you pay only if you, or the clinic that examined her, fall short. For an illness the vet check could not detect, or a natural death or one of unknown cause, the fees and costs are on Miss Kitty, though no amount is due to you for that cat. A few cases are split half and half, and they are written clearly in the agreement.
Only what a stamped report from a licensed clinic finds within 24 hours of delivery counts. We send you the report and hear you before any decision, and you can object within 48 hours with a report from another clinic, at your cost. If the illness was visible or detectable by the check, or you hid it, or the check was incomplete, or the clinic that examined her fell short, its costs are yours. After the 24 hours there is no claim on you about her health, as long as your information was correct — except an inherited or congenital defect you did not know of (split half and half, capped at the cat’s amount — and presumed known for a pairing with known risk, such as fold × fold) or a treatment that started within the guarantee.
Not before the sale. The cat is listed under the Miss Kitty name, customers deal only with us, and we cover your details on the certificate before listing her. After the sale, the customer only sees what is on the cat’s transferred certificate and the documents handed over with her.
Upload her certificate (or her father’s and mother’s certificates if hers is not issued yet). Once the customer pays, you receive their name; you file the transfer into their name with the club within 2 working days at your cost, and send us a copy before handover — the original goes with the cat.
Yes. Before she sells you can withdraw her at no charge, and you can sell her elsewhere as long as you tell us right away with the “Report on cat” button.
Delivery is on us: we collect her from your registered location at a time we give you at least 24 hours ahead, and deliver her to her new owner. We pay for it — unless the cause is a shortfall by you or by the clinic that examined her.
No — just once. You need a phone with Nafath: the link reaches you by text message from Sadq, you verify with Nafath, and you receive your copy.
You log in with your mobile number, the verification method the store provides and a device we approve. Anything done from your account counts as yours — so tell us within 24 hours if you lose your phone or your account is hacked.
Yes, with a message. We take down your unsold cats; cats already sold complete their obligations, and your amounts reach you on schedule.
