How your cat reaches you

From the moment you tap Add to cart to her first night in your home — every step, with no vague talk.

  1. You choose your cat and pay You pick your cat on the site and complete the order. You can pay in full, or split it over Tamara and Tabby with no late fees. Registrable cats come with the WCF pedigree certificate in your name, included in the price.
  2. A WhatsApp message reaches you Within minutes of payment you get a message with your order details and your cat's number. Every step after that has its own message: confirmed, being prepared, out for delivery. You never have to ask what is happening.
  3. She finishes weaning with us A cat does not leave us before she is fully weaned and eating on her own. If her weaning date is still ahead, it is written on her page before you buy her — we do not hide it and we do not rush it.
  4. Vet check and vaccination before handover Before she leaves us: a full clinical vet check, her vaccinations for her age, and her vaccination card travels with her. This is included in the price — not an add-on.
  5. She reaches you — free delivery Delivery is free to every city in the Kingdom — the price includes it. No ordinary shipping company. A carrier travels with her, included in the price. A location more than 150 km from our cities: we arrange the handover with you after payment.
  6. The first 24 hours — the guarantee is live From the moment you receive her you have 24 hours: any disease that did not show in our check, with a stamped report from a licensed veterinary clinic — the cat comes back and you get a full refund. The guarantee does not cover what happens after handover.
  7. A care guide written for your cat You get a link to a written guide for your cat in particular: her current food by name, her litter type, her next vaccination date, and what to expect in the first week. It is not a copied generic guide — it is written from her file with us.

Do you have cats for adoption?
No — all our cats are for sale only, and we do not give cats away.
What does the price include?
The full clinical veterinary check, the vaccination with its record book, a travel carrier and free delivery. Registered cats come with a pedigree certificate in your name, included in the price.
How do I buy a cat?
Choose the cat, add her to the cart and complete the order. Payment is in full at purchase — there is no holding with a deposit.
She is still a kitten — when do I get her?
Cats marked “Delivered after weaning” go home at two and a half months old. This is a firm condition for kittens; we will not hand one over sooner because it harms her. Throughout the wait you receive her photos and videos as they are taken.
What payment methods do you take?
You can pay with: Tabby — split in 4, Tamara — pay in instalments, mada · Visa · Mastercard, Apple Pay, STC Pay, Bank transfer. Your order is confirmed the moment the payment goes through.
Do you deliver to every region?
Delivery is free to every city in the Kingdom — the price includes it. A location more than 150 km from our cities: we arrange handover with you after payment.
Is there a guarantee?
Every cat on our site carries a 24-hour health guarantee from the moment of handover: • Before handover the cat is examined by a vet at a licensed clinic in one continuous video: the clinic name and the vet examining her are shown, and your order number and the date of the check are said in it, plus a clip of her stamped vaccination book — and we send them to you before you receive her. • Any disease found within 24 hours of receiving her, proven by a stamped report from a licensed clinic dated within the 24 hours and reported to us in the same window: we take her back and refund the full amount — a refund, not an exchange. Once we receive your report, we may verify her condition with a vet of our choosing. • If the disease is treatable and you would rather keep her: we treat her at a licensed clinic we choose, at our cost, instead of a refund — once we have agreed the treatment cost with the clinic. If we cannot agree it, or she cannot be treated, the full refund applies. • If she dies within 24 hours: tell us right away within the same window, and we arrange the cause-of-death exam in your own city — either our courier collects her from you, or we name a licensed clinic for you to take her to. You hand her over within 12 hours of learning of her death and keep her somewhere cool until then. A natural death or a disease — full refund. Death caused by neglect, harm, poor care or an accident after handover — no refund. If she is not handed over within 12 hours, the right to a refund lapses — unless the delay is on our side. • The refund is paid within 5 working days of us receiving the cat and confirming the vet report, by the same payment method. If you paid with Tabby or Tamara, it is refunded according to their procedure. If you do not hand the cat back within 48 hours of our request, the right to a refund lapses. • If you choose treatment instead of a refund, you never pay any extra cost — if we do not approve an increase, we stop the treatment and refund you in full. If the cat dies of the same disease within the treatment period set by the vet, you are refunded in full — provided you hand her over within 12 hours of death so the cause can be checked. If she dies of another cause or after the treatment period ends, no refund is due. • After 24 hours from handover, full responsibility passes to the buyer — no returns or exchanges, unless the cat's listed details (breed, sex, age, certificate) turn out to be wrong, in which case the full amount is refunded. Not covered: Anything that happens after you receive her: an accident, a fall, poisoning, unsuitable food, or another animal in the house. The temporary signs of moving home in the first days — soft stool, sneezing, low appetite, hiding — when a vet finds no disease behind them. Fleas, ticks or ear mites picked up in the new home after the 24 hours. The complications of any medicine or treatment given without a licensed vet supervising.
I changed my mind after paying — can I get a refund?
No — all sales are final, and there is no refund and no exchange for a change of mind, before or after handover. If you refuse to receive the cat when the courier arrives with nothing wrong with her, you are refunded minus a 550 SAR refusal fee, within 5 working days of her return. You can postpone delivery by 7 days at most; after that it counts as a refusal. So take your time before you transfer: ask for photos and clips filmed of the cat, and ask anything — we will film her from any angle you want. You are refunded if something happens to the cat while she is in our care, if she cannot be delivered on time (up to 15 extra days if the pedigree registry is late), if she does not match her description, or under the 24-hour health guarantee after handover.
Can I return the cat after I receive her?

Are the cats registered?
The cats stamped "Premium · Registered · Pedigree included" come from registered parents in our WCF-registered cattery. Their WCF pedigree certificate is issued in your name and is included in the price. The pedigree certificates of their mothers and fathers are published on the site. Cats from certified breeders carry a certificate from the registry named on their page, transferred to your name and sent to you before the cat arrives.
Can I come and see the cat before buying?
We do not host visits — the cats live in a home, not a showroom. Instead we film clips of the cat you want, from any angle, playing, eating and moving. Ask for them on WhatsApp and we will send them.
Where are the cats raised?
Our own cats are raised at home in Makkah — not in cages — and cats from certified breeders are raised by their breeders. They are litter-trained and used to people and children.
