What decides the price

Why is one cat 2,900 and another 4,000? It is not random. These are the factors, in order.

  1. The breed The British generally costs more than the Scottish.
  2. The ears — Fold or Straight The Fold is more distinctive because of the folded ears, which raises the price. And the Straight is not "second class" — the WCF standard forbids Fold × Fold, so the Straight is what makes a healthy Fold possible.
  3. The pattern Tabby has stripes and is very common among cats. Calico is three clear colours with no stripes on the body.
  4. The cat herself This is the key: every colour we have is special — we have no "cheap" colour and "expensive" colour. The assessment is of the cat herself: how distinctive she is, her look and her quality. So two cats of the same colour can differ in price — they are cats, not identical goods.

Examples from our cats — the patterns

Every photo is a real cat on offer with us now, not a picture from the internet.

The price is for the cat, not the colour

These two are both Tortie — exactly the same pattern. And the difference between them is SAR 2,400.

Why? Because the assessment is of the cat herself — how distinctive she is, her look and her quality — not of the colour box.

The ears — Fold and Straight

Fold The ears fold forward. More distinctive, and they need cleaning every two weeks.
Straight The ears stand up. And she is what makes a healthy Fold possible under the WCF standard.

Questions about prices

How much is a Scottish Fold in Saudi Arabia?

At Miss Kitty a Scottish Fold is from SAR 2,600. That is the starting price — above it, the price rises with the cat's level and rarity: her look, how distinctive she is, her quality and her pattern. The price includes a full clinical vet check, vaccination with the record book, a carrier and free delivery to every city.

How much is a Scottish Straight?

Our Scottish Straight is from SAR 2,500. In the same colour she usually costs less than the Fold, because demand for folded ears is higher — but she is the same breed with the same temperament, often from the same litter.

How much is a British Shorthair?

Our British Shorthair is from SAR 3,000. The British generally costs more than the Scottish, and the exact price is set by the cat herself.

Why are some Scottish cats advertised much cheaper?

A lower price usually leaves something out: a documented vet check, vaccination with a record book, known parents with pedigree certificates, a guarantee after handover, or delivery. Before comparing prices, ask what the price includes.

Is delivery included in the price?

Yes. Delivery is free to every city in the Kingdom.

Can I pay in instalments?

Yes — choose Tabby or Tamara at checkout and split the price into instalments. Card, Apple Pay and bank transfer are also available.

Is the price negotiable?

No. Prices are fixed and set on the cat herself from the start — there is no margin added to be bargained down.

Is the pedigree certificate included?

Yes. Cats stamped “Premium · Registered · Pedigree included” come with a WCF pedigree certificate in your name, included in the price.
