What we collect, why, and who we share it with — set out plainly

1) Who we are

Miss Kitty Establishment — a registered cat cattery in Makkah, Saudi Arabia, commercial registration no. 7055152891.

This page explains how we handle your data, in line with Article 5 of the Saudi E-Commerce Law and the Personal Data Protection Law.

2) What data we collect

  • Your first and last name — needed for delivery and for the invoice.
  • Your mobile number — to contact you about your order and send the invoice.
  • Your city and delivery address — to deliver the cat to you.
  • Your order details — the cat you chose, the amount, and the order date.

We do not collect or store your bank card details. Payment is made by direct bank transfer or through a payment gateway licensed by the Saudi Central Bank; card details go straight to them and never pass through us.

3) Why we collect it

Solely to fulfil your order: preparing the cat, arranging delivery, issuing the invoice and contacting you about the order — and to keep order and invoice records for the period the regulations require.

4) Marketing messages — only if you opt in

We do not send you offers or notices about new cats unless you tick the box yourself on the checkout page. The box is off by default.

You can stop them at any time — send us the word “STOP” on WhatsApp and we remove you from the list immediately; we then contact you about your orders only.

5) Who we share your data with

We do not sell or rent your data to anyone. We share it only as far as is needed to fulfil your order:

  • The delivery courier — your name, mobile number and delivery address only.
  • The bank or payment gateway — to complete and verify the payment.
  • The breeder who owns the cat (for certified breeders’ cats) — your name only, to transfer the pedigree certificate into your name.
  • The pedigree registry (such as WCF, which may be outside Saudi Arabia) — your name only, to issue the pedigree certificate in your name.
  • Internal operational tools we use to manage orders and invoices.
  • The competent government authorities — where we are legally required to.

6) Your rights

At any time you may ask us for:

  • A copy of the data we hold on you.
  • Correction of any inaccurate data.
  • Deletion of your data — except what the regulations require us to keep, such as invoice records.
  • Withdrawal of your consent to marketing messages.

Message us on WhatsApp — we reply every day.

7) How we protect your data

The whole site runs over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and access to customer data is limited to us, and we share none of it beyond what is listed above. We keep no more data than we actually need to fulfil the order.

8) Cookies

The site uses essential cookies — they make the cart work and remember the steps of your order — plus an analytics tool (Google Analytics) that counts visits and where they come from, in aggregate. We use no advertising trackers and build no profile of you.

9) Changes to this policy

If we change anything material, the change appears on this page immediately. The date of the last update is shown below.
