Yes. The price we send you covers the cat, international shipping, customs, clearance, paperwork and delivery to your door inside Saudi Arabia.
You pay the full amount when you confirm the order — there is no deposit. If the cat doesn't arrive, is refused by customs, or anything happens to her before delivery, the full amount is refunded.
Yes. We send you recent photos and video of the cat herself with her pedigree details before you pay anything.
Yes, 24 hours from when you receive the cat: if a confirmed illness appears, backed by a report from a licensed veterinary clinic, she is replaced or your money is refunded.
A health certificate from her country, her vaccination record including rabies, a microchip, and a pedigree certificate for registered cats. All import and clearance procedures are on us.
You see the cat in photos and video before you pay. Your order is confirmed by paying the full amount to Miss Kitty — there is no deposit. Do not pay any party other than Miss Kitty.
One price covering the cat, international shipping, customs, paperwork, a veterinary check inside Saudi Arabia and delivery to your door. It does not change after you confirm your order, whatever happens to shipping costs or exchange rates.
15 to 45 days from order confirmation, with a message at every stage: preparation, shipping, arrival, clearance, delivery.
If the cat is more than 45 days late from order confirmation; if the authorities don't allow her entry or she is quarantined; if anything happens to her before you receive her; if she doesn't match her description (breed, colour, sex or microchip number); if she can't be supplied; or if shipping from her country stops for any reason. The full amount is refunded within 5 business days, or you can choose a replacement cat instead of a refund if you prefer.
After she arrives in Saudi Arabia she is examined by a vet, and you receive the examination report and a video of her before delivery. You have the right to inspect her at handover.
24 hours from when you receive the cat: if a confirmed illness appears, backed by a report from a licensed veterinary clinic, we take the cat back and refund the full amount.
An imported cat is ordered and imported specifically for you, so after the order is confirmed there is no cancellation or return except for one of the clear reasons listed above. If you refuse to receive her when the courier arrives, without a reason related to her, the amount is not refunded.
The store's general returns and delivery-refusal policy does not apply to imported cats. Imported cats follow this policy only.
